Another day, another announcement about upcoming new Star Wars content. (They just keep coming, don't they?) StarWars.com this morning announced that Jon Favreau is set to executive produce and write a new live-action Star Wars series for Disney's new direct-to-consumer platform.

For now, I'm assuming that this live action series is the very same one that Bob Iger announced back in November 2017. Best known for Iron Man and Iron Man 2, Favreau has also appeared had roles in both The Clone Wars and the upcoming Solo: A Star Wars Story.
